什么行业的人最容易失眠?

  俗话说,春困夏乏秋打盹,很多人都为了自己的昏昏欲睡苦恼的同时,还有一群人居然失眠了。那么什么行业的人最容易失眠呢?

  根据中国睡眠研究会此前的调查统计结果显示,中国成年人失眠发生率高达38.2%!

  According to the Chinese Sleep Research Society, about 38.2% of Chinese adults suffer from insomnia.

  3月21日,在北京举行的“2016世界睡眠日‘健康+’梦想论坛”上,《2016中国中产阶层睡眠指数白皮书》正式发布。这份报告最大的特点,在于首次采用了大数据调研方式结合学术支撑的睡眠调查。

  A white paper concerning the sleep quality of the Chinese middle class was also released today, the 16th World Sleep Day, which resulted from a big data research method for the first time. The paper incor

porated results from 13 million participants.

  数据显示,在参与此次中国中产阶层睡眠指数调研的1300万人中,46.58%的人伴有失眠症状,而疑似失眠症患者也达到15.02%。而具有睡眠障碍者的比例,更是高达82%!

  白皮书还提到,4.79%的人群需要坚持长期服用安眠药方可入睡。

  The white paper shows 46.58% of the surveyed participants suffer from insomnia, while 15.02% of the participants are suspected insomnia sufferers. 82% of the participants have trouble sleeping.

  Also, 4.79% of the surveyed said they could not easily get to sleep without taking sleeping pills.

  睡眠不佳的危害

  白皮书显示,睡眠不佳已经导致身心健康和社会经济问题:18.7%记忆力减退; 16.94%有精神问题倾向; 4.71%影响交通安全,其中四分之一有发生重大人伤事故的风险。

  Poor quality of sleep could result in a variety of negative consequences, including abating memories, mental health problems, or even serious traffic accidents due to fatigue driving.

  中国睡眠研究会韩芳表示,睡眠不佳可以引发各种各样的疾病。

  According to modern medical science, there are over 90 kinds of diseases related to poor sleep. Those diseases mainly result from being unable to get to sleep, feeling hard to wake up, and poor quality of sleep. Those diseases pose serious threats on human health. For example, snoring could lead to not only a variety of illnesses but also even sudden deaths.

  究竟哪些原因导致人们睡眠质量下降呢?

  调查发现,睡得越来越少,睡眠质量差,以及出现熬夜的现象越来越多。而熬夜的原因主要包括:上网聊天、玩游戏、看影视剧、工作加班应酬等。其中上网聊天的比例占得最多。

  Research has shown that staying up late is one of the main culprits leading to low sleep quality. People stay up late because they often work overtime or indulge themselves in surfing the Internet, playing video games or watching TV dramas.

  《今日头条》品牌部数据传播高级经理刘竹溪则更进一步指出,不好的睡眠习惯,比如睡前看手机、打电话、玩电脑或听音乐等,也是造成失眠的罪魁祸首之一。

  Almost half of the surveyed have bad sleeping habits, including chatting on mobile phones or computers before going to sleep. And nearly twenty percent say they think about work-related issues before going to sleep.

  哪些职业更容易熬夜?

  调查结果显示,媒体工作、金融保险、IT通信电子以及游戏等领域的行业均为熬夜的重灾区,从事这些行业的工作者普遍饱受失眠的困扰。因为这些行业常常需要熬夜,特别是媒体工作者,常常要在半夜处理突发事件。而媒体从业人员还是最容易在上下班路上睡着的行业中的亚军,仅次于广告或公关。

  Those who work in industries including media, finance, insurance, information technology or electronic communication are the people who stay up late most frequently, and therefore they tend to suffer from insomnia.
